For over 40 years we have been the Winfield Junior Woman’s Club —we care about our community and its future. We care about education, the safety of our children, our town, the parks and the people.
SNACKS WITH SANTA – SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6th
The Winfield Junior Woman’s Club, www.winfieldjuniors.org, presents Snacks with Santa on Saturday, December 6th from 1:00-4:00 PM at Winfield Central School’s cafeteria. Admission is free. The club is collecting donations of small toys/gifts for CadenceHealth – Central DuPage Hospital’s Child Life Services. Activities include Santa and candy canes courtesy of the Winfield Chamber of Commerce; Face Painting; Cookies/Snacks; Crafts for Kids; Bake Sale; live entertainment; and a Fabulous Basket Raffle. Snacks with Santa fundraising proceeds go toward the Winfield Junior Annual College Scholarship
Snacks with Santa will be followed with the Winfield Juniors bringing Santa to the Village Tree Lighting at 4:30PM outside Village Hall, including hot chocolate served courtesy of John’s Restaurant & Tavern.

Throughout the years, the Club has supported the Winfield community and beyond with programs and monetary donations. The Winfield Junior Woman’s Club is a charitable organization. Over the past 10 years alone, the Club has donated over $110,000 to organizations ranging from the American Cancer Society to the YWCA. In the local community, the Club has made donations to the Winfield Garden Club, Winfield Historical Society, Winfield Chamber of Commerce, Winfield In Action, Winfield Public Library, Winfield School District 34, Relay for Life, People’s Resource Center, Winfield Criterium (kids bike parade), Winfield Prince and Princess Parade, College Scholarship to Winfield Area Student, and Central DuPage Hospital with a toy collection for its Pediatric Oncology/Hematology Department. Winfield residents have benefited from Snacks with Santa, Children’s Halloween Party/Scarecrow Fest, Winfield Road cleanup/Adopt-A-Highway, fundraisers, and the Club’s participation and contributor to the Winfield Good Old Days.
