Membership
Membership is open to women of all ages and backgrounds. Dues are collected annually in May at the beginning of each new club year. The dues are:
Active Membership – $31.00
Associate Membership – $41.00
*First year members are asked to pay an additional $5.00 for their name tag. ($36.00)
New Members
To join the club, simply fill out a membership form, return the form to the 2nd Vice-President (Patti Weber) and you will be introduced at the next general monthly meeting. A name tag will be ordered for you. At each meeting, name tags are found at the entrance table and returned at the end of the meeting. As you arrive at the general meetings, be sure to sign in the attendance book, mingle with members and review the project sign -up sheets on the clip boards. Most of all, share your ideas, ask questions, and enjoy.

Board of Directors
The board consists of Executive Board members, the past president and all committee chairpersons. Board meetings are always held on the fourth Tuesday of each month.
The Executive Board is comprised of the following:
President: She is our principle executive officer.
First Vice-President: She is the president-elect for the next club year.
Second Vice-President: She is the membership chairperson.
Secretary: She is the corresponding and recording secretary.
Treasurer: She is responsible for all of the club’s money.
Service Hours
We hope, not require, that each member donate 12 service hours to the Club each year. We welcome each member’s contribution- however big or small!
General Meetings
Our club year begins May 1st and ends on April 30th. Meetings are held September through June, on the second Thursday of each month. Meetings are generally held at member’s homes. Meetings begin at 7:00 and are followed with time for social gathering.
Communication
Members have access to the www.winfieldjuniors.org website and email circulation, also a subscription to GFWC Illinois Clubwoman Magazine. Typically, four issues of the magazine are circulated each year.
