The Winfield Junior Woman’s Club, www.winfieldjuniors.org, presents Snacks with Santa on Saturday, December 3rd from 1:00-4:00 PM at Winfield Central School’s cafeteria. Admission is free. The club is collecting donations of small toys/gifts for Central DuPage Hospital’s Child Life Program. Suggested small toys include: card game decks; hand held games; jewelry or bead kits; Matchbox cars; ITunes or Target gift cards. Activities include a photo with Santa courtesy of the Winfield Lion’s Club and candy canes courtesy of the Winfield Chamber of Commerce; Face Painting; Cookies/Snacks; Crafts for Kids; Bake Sale; live entertainment; and a Fabulous Basket Raffle with over 25 baskets! Raffle baskets tickets are $2/ticket or $10/6 tickets. Snacks with Santa will be followed by the Village Tree Lighting at 4:30PM outside Village Hall, including hot chocolate served courtesy of John’s Restaurant & Tavern. Come out and enjoy these long-standing Winfield traditions!
